Our Garden Rooms are ideal for use as home offices, artists studios, hobby rooms, home gyms, utility rooms and Playrooms for children. Each Garden Room is designed to a very high specification with fully insulated walls, roof and floors. Our internal roof and walls are finished paneled out with heavy duty tongue and groove timber. Our floors are finished with osb timber flooring ready for finish flooring of our customers choice such as carpet, tiles, lino, laminate flooring etc. Each unit is fully wired for sockets and lights ready to be connected to mains electricity.
All our Garden Rooms have a 15 Year Guarantee against rust penetration. Our Buildings are superior in design and constructed from a galvanised structural steel framework with a durable pvc coated exterior finish. Unlike all timber buildings this exterior finish will require no maintenance.

Our Garden Rooms supreme build quality, strength and durability is a necessity for Ireland’s variety of harsh weather conditions.
Base Required – The building will require a flat concrete base. Detailed base dimensions for your specific size will be supplied at time of order or upon request before hand. We can recommend a number of contractors which can carry out this work for you.
Delivery – Delivery and installation of this product is free within 200km.Normal delivery and installation time at present is approximately 4 weeks.
